• The doctor provides the consultation to the best of their abilities based on your information.
• Online consultation is considered in audio, text or video mode via Zoom, Google meets etc.
• Prior payment is mandatory before confirmation of appointment.
• All documents requested are to be emailed to help@dreradutta.com and mindwellnesscounselling.com

Pricing policy( pricing of products/services offered)

• Consultation offered for all neuropsychiatric conditions
• Therapy offered to Adults for various psychological conditions
• Life coaching is offered on request to clients and requires payment in bulk for a minimum of the next 6 sessions.
• Charges of consultation vary upon the time duration.

Privacy policy

• Your information (Name, identity, demographics, email, issues, etc.) is kept completely confidential.
• Confidentiality is only broken in the case of actively suicidal cases, at risk to themselves or to others in the society by informing an appropriate authority, or a family member.

Refunds/Cancellation policy

• Rescheduling up to 24 hours by a formal call at the number 9674342789 is entertained a maximum of 2 times.
• The last-minute, same-day Cancellation (less than 24 hours) is not offered any refund of fees.
• Refund: In case of a genuine reason for not being able to continue the consultation, a refund is offered after a formal email is sent to mindwellensscounselling@gmail.com citing the reason and the bank details.
• Refund will take place in a minimum of 7 working days.
